CIMA 2025 Themes

"One Single Planet": This conference aims to reflect on and discuss the problems our planet faces and what the current generation will leave for future ones. The future of Earth concerning the environment is alarming, given the various environmental issues linked to air, water, soil/sediments, and their direct impact on human health. The continuous changes on our planet also lead to or are related to natural disasters and human health problems. It is crucial that human intervention and all living beings become aware that we only have one planet and that we must act to protect and preserve it.

"One Single Planet"

The main focus is the destruction of the planet in all its manifestations, which constitutes a social problem that also affects the ecological system, reducing its capacity to absorb changes, maintain its basic structure, functions, and the self-organization necessary to withstand stress and adapt to the changing environment.
